    The goal is to streamline and automate the process for the sales & other teams by developing a Power App that allows them to input and select relevant details for each input. This data entry will trigger a Power Automate flow that automatically creates a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel <\/span> with the selected team\u2019s members so that all the relevant teams could work on the same channel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    The core challenges<\/h4>\n

    • Time consuming process: <\/span> Manual processes are prone to human errors, such as incorrect data entry, missed steps in creating channels or folders, and inconsistent naming conventions. These errors could lead to chaos within the team.<\/li>\n
    • Higher risk of errors:<\/span>The original reports were likely difficult to read, visually cluttered, or lacked a clear information hierarchy. To address this, we redesigned the dashboard to focus on simplicity, clarity, and intuitive navigation, improving usability and encouraging user adoption.<\/li>\n
    • Challenges in collaboration: <\/span> Without automated processes, collaboration among team members could be hampered by disorganized or hard-to-find information. This could lead to communication breakdowns and a lack of coordination within the team.<\/li>\n
    • Difficulty in tracking and management: <\/span> Manually managing lists, tasks, and deadlines would make it harder to track progress, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability. This could lead to missed deadlines or overlooked tasks.<\/li>\n
    • Inconsistent execution: <\/span> Without automation, there is a risk of inconsistent execution across different sales initiatives.
